💬 Conduct & Vibe

Treat everyone—vendors, attendees, and staff—with respect.
This is a family-friendly event, we get a lot of families. No swearing, arguing, or aggressive selling.
Absolutely no attempts to intimidate anyone in the venue. 1 strike, out.
Any sketchy behavior gets you kicked out. No refunds, no debate.

📣 Fire Sales / Breaks / Live Content

Don’t block walkways or cause crowding in shared aisles.

🛑 Kids & Pets

No unattended kids behind tables.
Only service animals are allowed inside

💳 Payment Options

Vendors are encouraged to accept multiple payment methods (cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.) to help customers make purchases easily.

👕 Branding & Booth Quality

Keep your booth presentable. We want attendees to feel like they’re walking into a quality experience.
Branding your booth (banners, logo signs, table covers) is highly encouraged.

🧠 Sales Are On You

We’ll help get foot traffic in the building, but you’re responsible for moving your inventory.
Rarely do items sell themselves. No refunds whatsoever on tables during or after any show. Your energy, setup, and how you engage with potential customers matters. If you’re sitting back on your phone, you’re gonna miss opportunities. Greeting and Communication is key.

“If they like you, they’ll listen. If they trust you, they’ll buy.” – Jordan Belfort

✅ Final Notes

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any vendor that breaks these rules.
Vendors may be removed from the event at staff discretion for violations, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns.
Vendors are highly encouraged to read sales books or tips to improve their selling skills. Try new things, test things out.
By purchasing a table, you agree to all the above.
