All cards pre-graded by us as PSA 9 or higher will be submitted for grading by default. If you do not want every PSA 9 submitted and prefer specific instructions for each card, you must clearly provide those directions in the “Grading & Evaluation Notes” section of this form.

Once this form is submitted, you may cancel the entire order and start over, but no additions or changes can be made to an existing order.

I agree to allow LA Card Dude to professionally wipe and evaluate my cards, understanding that all evaluations are expert opinions and not guarantees of grading outcomes. I acknowledge that all cards pre-graded or predicted as PSA 9 or higher will be submitted for grading by default unless I provide specific instructions in the Grading & Evaluation Notes section.

I also understand that once this form is submitted, no additions or changes can be made to my order. If I wish to make changes, I must cancel the entire order and resubmit a new one. LA Card Dude is not responsible for any delays, damage, or lost mail once cards are in transit.
